Whilst we always provide free advice on many of our services over the telephone, sometimes an initial visit to your home is necessary before conducting our survey.
This may be free of charge – eg. if the property in question is in postcode areas AL6, AL7 or AL8 (subject to availability) and if you own the property, or if you are buying the property and have agreed a date to exchange contracts.
If the above does not apply to you, our visit will incur a fee of £100 + VAT, although this may be deducted from our next invoice should you choose to use our services. Please contact us for details.
